Insulation - Wall Height - Doors - Windows

With all of our yurts we encourage you to design/create the floor plan that will best suite your needs and describe the placement of the door(s) and windows, including the window sizes as well as the direction in which the door and windows open, either from the left or right. In downloads you will find blank floor plan drawings. Choose the drawing of the yurt size you're interested in and fill in the necessary information. Adding more doors or windows are options as well as increasing the wall height.

Adding a room or more onto the yurt is possible as well as building a loft space. Having taller walls allows for a more comfortable ceiling height for both the loft or the addition. If you are considering either of these a possiblity for in the future, please let us know, we will be happy to help you plan for them.
